Please note, the number of crystals and their place on the tag will be determined by the name that will be stamped on the front of the tag and the size of the tag.

If you would like different crystals on the tag, to match the tag to a collar that you have, or you would like the collar in the photo and can't find it in our listing, please contact me.
 
The tag is custom made!  On the front of the tag you will have your dog's name stamped with Swarovski crystals around it, and one phone number on the back of the tag. 

You can choose between 1" tag - perfect for puppies, cats, and small dogs, or 1.25" that will suit medium to large dogs. Each tag is made with 12ss, 16ss, and 20ss (on the big tags) Swarovski crystal (or equivalent crystals) on the front of the tag. 
 
Since we are hand stamping the tags one by one, letter by letter the tags will be one of a kind and unique just for you, with small differences between tags and the lettering will not always will be exact.
 
Please note: The font that we use will be like the font on the tag in the picture – no exchange or refund if you are not happy with the font.
