We can customize the nameplates design to your request, however in most cases your dog name will be on the top line and your phone number on the bottom line - on the First name plate and your address - on the second name plate. Each line has room for up to 12 letters.  
 
Each name plate is Aluminum rectangle ½ inch * 2 inch.
 
The nameplate font is the same as in the photos. Since all nameplates are handmade, each nameplate is slightly different with its own unique look. 
 
You choose: 
Impressions shape, Hearts, Paw with Hearts, stars, butterflies or plain.
The rivet color nickel color, unless you message us during the checkout process with your preference and we would try to match it.
