Please note: On collars 10" and under, the nameplate occupies a significant portion of the collar's decorative space. Keep this in mind when choosing your crystal color combination — simpler palettes tend to complement the nameplate best on smaller sizes.

Tapered Buckle for a Cleaner Fit
For necks 12" and under, we can taper the collar down to a 5/8" buckle. This keeps the silhouette clean and reduces bulk at the clasp on smaller necks. Just add a note at checkout if you'd like this option.

How to Measure Your Dog's Neck
Use a soft cloth measuring tape and wrap it around your dog's neck where the collar will sit. Do NOT measure an existing collar — sizing must come from your dog directly. Incorrect measurements require a repurchase at full cost.

What are the color combo options?
Ocean (blues & greens), Lava (reds, oranges & yellows), Pastels (pinks & purples), Rainbow, and Custom (up to 4 colors from our cabochon and Swarovski crystal collections).

Can I choose my own color combination?
Yes! Choose "Custom" and leave your color choices in the notes box at checkout. You can mix from both our cabochon and Swarovski crystal collections. Check the color chart in our product photos for reference.

What hardware finishes are available?
Nickel, Brass, and Black are standard options. For Antique Brass, Antique Copper, or Antique Nickel, please contact us before purchasing.

What nameplate styles are available?

Will a nameplate fit on a small collar?
Yes — nameplates are available on all sizes. However, on collars 10" and under, the nameplate takes up a large portion of the collar design. We recommend considering a simpler crystal combination for smaller sizes with a nameplate.

Can I taper the buckle?
Yes. For necks 12" and under, we can taper to a 5/8" buckle. Just add a note at checkout.

How long does it take to ship?
Each collar is handmade to order. Please allow 4–6 weeks for crafting before shipment.
