⚠️ Leather color may appear different from photos due to lighting conditions. Lighter and colored leathers (such as blue and gray) are naturally more prone to visible shade variation. Each hide absorbs dye differently — slight tone differences are normal and part of the character of genuine leather.

Personalized Nickel Nameplate (Optional, +$14)

Add a hand-stamped nickel nameplate with your dog's name and phone number — select it from the Nameplate dropdown at checkout. The nickel nameplate matches this collar's hardware for a cohesive look.

Note: We do not recommend a nameplate on collars under 12" — there isn't enough room to keep the design balanced.

Tapered Buckle Options for a Cleaner Fit

To improve comfort and reduce bulk at the buckle, the 1" Grapevine offers two taper options:

• 14" and under → can taper to a 5/8" buckle (a slimmer, more delicate finish for smaller necks)
• 16" and over → can taper to a 3/4" buckle (reduces bulk while keeping the bold 1" look)

This keeps the collar's silhouette clean and balanced on every neck size.

How to Measure Your Dog's Neck

Use a soft cloth measuring tape and wrap it around your dog's neck where the collar will naturally sit. Do NOT measure an existing collar — sizing must come from your dog directly.

All collars are measured from the buckle pin (base of the buckle) to the middle hole and include 5 adjustment holes with 1" spacing for proper fit and flexibility.

Collars too large or too small due to incorrect measurements are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. If a collar is made incorrectly and doesn't match the size ordered, we'll replace it.

Because every collar is handcrafted, natural variations in leather grain and finish make each piece one of a kind — and the leather develops more character with wear.

Warranty

Lei Custom Collars include a 1-year limited warranty covering craftsmanship-related issues. This warranty does NOT cover:

• Normal wear and tear
• Pulling or leash pressure damage
• Chewing or scratching
• Tie-outs, training, or working use
• Water or moisture damage

Care Instructions

• Remove during rough play or water exposure
• If wet, allow to air dry naturally — do not apply heat
• Store flat or hanging to maintain shape
